Dr. Sandra Zawadka

Sandra Zawadka, DPM is a highly skilled and compassionate podiatric physician. Born to Polish immigrants, she developed a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence early in life. Dr. Zawadka values patient-centered care and strives to establish a strong doctor-patient relationship built on trust and open communication.

Dr. Zawadka completed her undergraduate studies at St. John's University, finishing with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry. She then completed her doctorate degree at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in Manhattan. Dr. Zawadka went on to complete her residency at Mount Sinai South Nassau, focusing on a wide array of rearfoot and forefoot conditions. During that time, she served as the Chief Resident, leading a team of fellow podiatrists and gaining invaluable experience in complex cases. She is well-versed in the latest advancements in podiatric techniques and stays up to date with the ever-evolving field through continued education and research.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Dr. Zawadka enjoys staying active. Whether she's hitting the ski slopes, swimming laps, or playing tennis, she hopes to inspire patients to prioritize their own well-being.

With her diverse background, extensive training, and passion for podiatric medicine, Dr. Zawadka is dedicated to providing exceptional foot and ankle care to patients of all ages.
